We will be heading to Historic Trinity on Dec 12. The permission slip will be coming home tomorrow (due to copier malfunctions today, sorry!) We will be singing for the service, going on a tour, and enjoying lunch after the service. Parents are welcome to join us!

Choose a character who did NOT have their own chapter. Tell a part of the story from their perspective. It could be Julian, Mr. Tushman, one of Auggie’s parents, Daisy, etc. It should overlap with the story we know from other perspectives and include details from the book.

Wednesday 11-7-18

We had a great day in 5th Grade today!
We started with our trip to Gleaners and packed 500 bags of food for hungry kids and their families. Thank you to all of our chaperones who helped us get there and back safely, and worked just as hard as the kids the entire time!
We made it back JUST in time for lunch and even got to enjoy an outdoor recess. After all of this rain, we needed it!
This afternoon, we had a visit with Kiwanis, who presented our 5th graders each with a new Thesaurus! Roscoe the Clown was there, and he had the kids cracking up the entire time!

We had an interesting day in 5th grade here today! Due to tomorrow's Gleaners trip, we moved choir to this afternoon...
which means we had band, art, choir and PE all in one day! That being said...not much homework today!
